Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SteadyFollow collects, uses, and protects information when you visit steadyfollow.com (the “Site”), book a call with us, or contact us. SteadyFollow is operated by Luis Beltran, a sole proprietor based in Los Angeles, California (“SteadyFollow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy covers our Site and our communications with prospective and current clients. When we provide services to a client business, we may handle information about that business’s own customers on the client’s behalf. That information is processed according to our agreement with the client and the client’s instructions, and the client’s own privacy policy governs how it is collected.
Information you share
We collect information you choose to give us:
- When you book a free audit call: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the date and time you select, and anything you write in the booking form’s notes or questions.
- When you email or call us: your contact details and the contents of your message or conversation.
- During a call or consultation: information about your business you choose to share, such as how you currently follow up with customers.
We use this information to schedule and hold your call, send appointment confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, follow up about our services, and, if you become a client, provide those services.
We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, as described under Website analytics below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us.
Booking and service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the Site and our business. They receive only the information needed to perform their services:
- HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector): provides our booking calendar and customer relationship management (CRM) system. When you book a call, the information you enter is sent to and stored in our HighLevel account, which we use to manage appointments and send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. The booking calendar may use cookies or similar technologies to function. Privacy notice: https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the Site, protects it from attacks, provides privacy-friendly analytics, and forwards emails sent to our @steadyfollow.com addresses. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses. Privacy notice: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Google LLC (Gmail): emails sent to our @steadyfollow.com addresses are forwarded to and stored in our Google email account. Privacy notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- OpenAI: we may use AI tools to help draft follow-up messages. When we do, limited information (such as your name, business name, and notes from our conversation) may be processed by OpenAI to generate a draft, which we review. Privacy notice: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messages: If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts (such as appointment reminders), message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used, such as which pages are visited, how many visits we receive, the type of device and browser used, and the general region visitors come from. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across websites, and does not collect information to build visitor profiles. We see only aggregated statistics.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting tools on the Site. The embedded booking calendar from HighLevel may set its own cookies or use similar technologies to operate the scheduling tool.
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites or over time for advertising, we do not change our practices in response to these signals.
Use, retention, and protection
How we use information: to schedule and hold calls; to send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; to respond to inquiries; to provide and improve our services; to keep the Site secure and working; and to meet legal obligations.
How we share information: only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run our business; when required by law or to protect our rights or safety; or as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or change of ownership, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep information: We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed for the purposes above. If you do not become a client, we delete or anonymize your information within 24 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
How we protect information: We use reasonable safeguards, including reputable providers with strong security practices, encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site, two-factor authentication on our business accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children: The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is stored: Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 45 days.

- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

California residents: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request the information above at no cost.
