Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of steadyfollow.com (the “Site”) and any free audit call you book through it. The Site is operated by Luis Beltran, a sole proprietor doing business as SteadyFollow, based in Los Angeles, California (“SteadyFollow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site and the free audit only. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement (see Services and pricing). Our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, explains how we handle your information.
Website and free audit
Purpose of the Site: The Site provides general information about SteadyFollow and its services and lets you book a free call. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, or marketing compliance advice.
The free audit: The free follow-up audit is a call of about 20 minutes to discuss how your business follows up with customers today and how our services might help. It is free, and you have no obligation to buy anything.
What to expect: Any suggestions we share are general observations based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as a number of returning customers or a level of sales.
Booking: When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and hold your call.
Cancelling or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation, or by contacting us. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you using the information you provided.
Availability: We may limit, change, or stop offering free audits at any time, and we may decline to book a call at our discretion.
Services and pricing
The Site does not sell services or accept payments. Paid services (such as setting up and managing a customer follow-up system) are provided only under a separate written proposal or service agreement that describes the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and the responsibilities of each party.
Pricing depends on your business and needs, and is discussed during the free call or in a written proposal.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on specific terms. Descriptions of services on the Site are general and may change.
If a service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for those services.
Messaging rules: Businesses that use our follow-up services are responsible for having the permissions required by law to contact their own customers by email, phone, or text. The specific responsibilities are set out in the service agreement.
Acceptable use and ownership
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false information, or book a call or submit information on behalf of another person without their permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or our accounts
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through malware, excessive automated requests, or attacks
- Scrape, copy, or collect content or information from the Site using automated tools, except for standard search engine indexing
- Use the booking form or contact details to send spam or unsolicited promotions
Ownership: The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the SteadyFollow name, the “SF” logo, and other brand elements, are owned by SteadyFollow or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content or brand without our written permission.
Other trademarks: Names of third-party products mentioned on the Site (such as QuickBooks) belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse or are affiliated with SteadyFollow.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services that are not controlled by SteadyFollow:
- Booking calendar: Our booking calendar is provided by HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). When you use it, HighLevel’s terms also apply: https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms-of-service
- Hosting and security: The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc.
Links on the Site to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Responsibilities and limitations
Disclaimer: The Site and the free audit are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information or suggestion will lead to a particular result.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyFollow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Site or the free audit. Because the Site and the free audit are provided at no cost, our total liability for any claim related to them will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Indemnity: You agree to defend and hold harmless SteadyFollow from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Resolving disputes: If you have a concern, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
General: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the free audit. We may transfer our rights under these Terms as part of a business transfer, such as a change of ownership or forming a company.
Contact and changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Changes apply from that date forward. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect a call already booked before the update, or the terms of any signed service agreement.
